Conveniently located adjacent to the E&N Rail Trail and a short cab ride from downtown, our Tasting Room and patio, capable of accommodating up to 50 guests with an interior capacity for 30 patrons at a time, promises a unique and intimate setting for your event. We strive to make your event not just successful but exceptional.

Booking Request
Thank you for considering Lighthouse Brewing Co. Tasting Room and Patio for your Event (ie. Birthday party, Volunteer Appreciation, Sports team celebration, etc.) Before sending in your request, please read the below general information about private events in the tasting room.
General Information
Availability
The Tasting Room is available for private events from Monday to Wednesday, 9 AM to 10 PM, and Thursday to Sunday, 9 AM to 3 PM. We are open to considering other days and times that may suit your needs outside of these hours. To ensure a smooth booking process, please submit your request at least three weeks in advance of your desired date(s).
Capacity
The Tasting Room and Patio collectively have a maximum capacity of 50 individuals. A maximum of 30 patrons is permitted inside at any given time.
Rental Cost
The rental fee is $80 per hour, with a discounted rate of $60 per hour for non-profit groups (min 2-hour rental). Additionally, a gratuity of 18% will be added to all Beer, Cider, and Snack purchases. To confirm your booking, a 50% deposit will be required, with the remaining balance due on the day of the event.
Cancellation Policy
14 days in advance of the event date - A full refund when cancelled.
7 days prior to the event date - 50% of your deposit is refunded when cancelled.
No refunds are provided for cancellations within 7 days of the booking.
Accessibility
To reach the Tasting Room, there is a set of five cement stairs equipped with a handrail. The patio, situated at ground level, can be easily accessed by wheelchair.
Products and Prices
We have 9 beers on tap at any given time, connect with us to ensure your favourite is on tap. 20oz pours are $8, excluding tax.
Food
You are welcome to bring your own food or have the event catered. At Lighthouse Brewing, we offer a curated selection of snacks and shared items for your enjoyment. Please let us know in advance if you prefer compost or garbage bins. It is the organizer's responsibility to ensure a tidy clean-up afterwards.

Ensuring your safe journey home is our top priority. Kindly let us know your plan for getting your group home, and we will be happy to call taxis.
Staff
We are committed to ensuring that two servers will be present on-site at all times to cater to your needs.
